The building is completely dilapidated and has been unused for some time; the perimeter walls show visible lesions. The cart track is an almost completely ruined structure and is completely enveloped in vegetation. Features and equipment Floors and roofs are made of wooden beams, joists with terracotta tiles, and a terracotta roof covering. The wooden beams of the ground floor ceilings have undergone a rotting process and are subject to a significant attack by microorganisms, as are those of the roof level. The terracotta tiles of the roof covering are severely deteriorated. Some window and door openings remain without frames, while others have inefficient frames.
