Warehouse for auction located in the area of Case Sparse Su Pardu, in the municipality of Villasor.
Surface and internal distribution:
The property, measuring 1285 sqm, consists of eight rooms for storage use. Storage 1 is approximately 20 sqm, storage 2 is approximately 60 sqm, storage 3 is approximately 964 sqm, storage 4 is approximately 96 sqm, storage 5 is approximately 38 sqm, storage 6 is approximately 95 sqm, storages 7 and 8 are approximately 40 sqm each.
Features and amenities:
The room indicated as storage 1 has access from the common courtyard to the other storages. Access is through a blind iron door in poor condition. There is also a window, also in iron and in the same poor condition, which allows air circulation in the room. The condition of the room is that of a spartan storage with a concrete floor and plastered walls. Its average height is 4.85 m. The gabled roof was built with a frame of iron box sections and “Sondulina” type panels in asbestos.
Storage 2 has a surface area of almost 60 sqm and an average height of 4.55 m. The roof is also in asbestos with a metal frame. Access is only from the common courtyard with all the storages through a sliding metal door on the external facade. The interior consists of a concrete floor and the walls are plastered and painted.
Storage 3, originally used as a pigsty, retains some of the original features such as the partitioning of the rooms made with blocks measuring 20cm x 400m for a height of about 2.20m, the flooring is made of concrete. The windows present are made of iron and are in poor condition like the entire structure. In some areas, the flooring has slopes necessary for the original processing. The old iron fences of the pigsty for livestock breeding are still present. There is also a room used as a warehouse of over 13 sqm and a second very large room of about 63 sqm. Overall, the storage has a total usable area of about 964 sqm and an average height of about 3.75 m. In some parts, the presence of a false ceiling reduces the height to 3.37 m. The environments are in poor condition like the false ceiling. The roof is the same as the rest of the building and is made of asbestos panels.
Access to storage 4 is through a large sliding door that leads into a first rectangular room of about 30 sqm used as storage, proceeding leads to a second room of about 66 sqm where a cold room is positioned that occupies about half of the surface. The cold room has now lost its original characteristics for food preservation. In the remaining part of the room, there is a transport system to the cold room for the quarters of slaughtered animals.
Storage 5 has direct access from the common courtyard to the other storages as well as to the adjacent building for residential use. Access is through a double-leaf aluminum door with a glazed upper part. The room, which is almost rectangular in shape, has a porcelain stoneware floor in brown color, the walls are painted with plastic paint up to a height of about 1.50 m and then with washable white paint. The ceiling, made of concrete blocks, is plastered. The surface area of the room is about 38 sqm. On the wall opposite the door, there is a large fireplace.
Storage 6 is currently used as a warehouse, has an average internal height of 4.20 m as the roof is sloped with the ridge along the longitudinal center. The roof is made of asbestos, so for its use with people working inside, it would be advisable to plan for the remediation of the roof. The surface area of the room is about 95 sqm.
