Agricultural land for auction in Venarotta and Palmiano (AP) – Via n.d (CAP 63040) The lot is located between the municipalities of Venarotta and Palmiano, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in a predominantly agricultural area. The lands are consolidated and situated in a context characterized by wooded and bushy areas, with some portions dedicated to arable land and vineyard. Access is via unpaved local roads, not easily passable with ordinary vehicles. Surface Area and Internal Distribution The lot has a total cadastral surface area of 378,448 sqm, of which 301,738 sqm are in the municipality of Venarotta and 76,710 sqm in the municipality of Palmiano. In the Municipality of Palmiano, the lands fall under the Manufacturing Program as 'Rural Zone E' and are subject to seismic and hydrogeological constraints.
