Features and Amenities Partially completed urbanization works include portions of the sewage system and roadways. Significant interventions are required for the completion of the subdivision, including the verification and completion of the sewage system (including the sewage network on the private road, lamination lines, Telecom network, gas distribution, and electrical lines), completion of the fire prevention network, construction of roads, sidewalks, and cycle paths, and the arrangement of public green spaces with equipment and urban furniture. Road signage is also planned. The area is subject to restrictions, including an oil pipeline easement in favor of the Italian Air Force on parcel 849 and landscape constraints due to the presence of the 'canale dei mulini' (canal of the mills). Context and Connections The area is included in Sheet U.37 'Area di via Padrina' of the current RUE (Urban Planning Regulation), which provides for implementation through a unitary conventional project. Some portions of the plot fall within urban areas for the conservation of private green spaces and areas with a high agricultural production vocation. The area is well-connected, being close to the urban center of Solarolo. The property is free for the procedure.
