Developable land for auction in Solarolo (RA) – Via Padrina (ZIP 48027) The property for auction is a single plot of full ownership located in the Municipality of Solarolo (RA), on Via Padrina. It is an area forming part of the subdivision known as 'Ex-Farm Area Via Padrina', characterized by developable plots and areas designated for roads, green spaces, parking, and water lamination. The subdivision project was initiated in 2008, and the urban planning agreement is currently valid, with an expiry date of 19.11.2025.
