The structural foundation works are in reinforced concrete.

The plant was constructed between 2022 and 2023 and is in excellent condition. The lot is entirely fenced with a concrete wall topped by prefabricated panels and metal elements, with access via a large sliding iron gate. Water and sewage systems are present with connections to the consortium network, along with a first-flush rainwater system with a spillway manhole, oil separators, and a collection tank. The plant is equipped with complete electrical connections to the panel and dust suppression systems for the silos.
