Agricultural land for auction in Camino (AL) The auction lot consists of two agricultural plots located in the Municipality of Camino, in the province of Alessandria. The plots, which form a single unit, are registered as high forest and are situated in a context characterized by areas for agricultural activities, with various landscape and hydrogeological constraints. At the time of inspection, the plots presented an uneven surface, were in a state of abandonment, with the presence of invasive plants and shrubs, and medium-height trees, some of which were broken and uprooted. It is specified that the plots fall within collective ownership areas subject to civic uses, and until their de-privatization, they cannot be designated for uses other than civic ones.
