Agricultural land for auction in Mazara del Vallo (TP) – Contrada Runza (ZIP 91026) The single lot for auction consists of agricultural land parcels located in Contrada Runza, in the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo, province of Trapani. These properties, confiscated by judgment on April 23, 2021, are characterized by clayey soils on a calcareous substrate and feature morphologies ranging from gentle slopes to almost flat. The area is well-served by municipal roads for access. Surface area and internal distribution The total cadastral surface area of the lot is 71,280 sqm (7.12.80 hectares), divided into four main parcels. Parcels A, B, and C, totaling 9,055 sqm, are predominantly planted with Grecanico and Catarratto grape varieties, established in 1982 and currently in a state of senescence. Parcel D, the largest at 62,225 sqm, features a flat area at a higher elevation and another at a lower elevation. Land use in Parcel D includes 45,008 sqm of vineyard (planted between 2008 and 2017 with Catarratto and Grecanico grape varieties), 12,660 sqm of arable land, and 1,305 sqm of olive grove (12 Nocellara trees), in addition to uncultivated areas and spontaneous vegetation. The older vineyards (1982) have planting layouts and structures that do not allow for mechanized harvesting. The land is characterized by good agronomic potential. Some parcels fall partly within zone F/6 (Territorial Parks) according to the General Regulatory Plan, and some are affected by Law 431/85 and regulated by the Landscape Plan. Context and connections The parcels are located in Contrada Runza, approximately one kilometer north of the coastal village, and benefit from access via the municipal road Bucari and other internal roads. The area has an agricultural vocation, with the presence of vineyards and olive groves, typical of the Sicilian rural landscape. The property is free for the procedure, as the existing lease agreement provides for its termination in the event of confiscation and allocation of the property.
