Developable land at auction in Bargagli (GE) – Traso Locality The auction lot consists of 22 plots of land located in the Traso locality, within the municipality of Bargagli (GE). This area, in the hinterland of the upper Bisagno Valley, is characterized by a predominantly residential and scenic vocation, with rural settlements and scattered dwellings. The plots are located near the Traso stream and State Road SS45 of Val Trebbia. Area and Zoning The total area of the 22 plots is 34,427 sqm.
