Features and equipment:

The external finish of the facades is characterized by mixed stone and exposed brick masonry on three sides and civil plaster on the rear elevation. The floors on the ground floor are in porcelain stoneware, while those on the first floor are in polished bricks. The external windows are in white painted wood and are equipped with double glazing. There is no heating system, but there is a predisposition in the external perimeter walls for the installation of heat pumps.
