It consists of a complex of agricultural lands with a dilapidated rural building, situated in a predominantly agricultural area. Surface area and internal distribution The lot extends for 2.75.16 ha (27516 sqm) and is composed of several lands: arable land (sqm 11,350), almond grove (sqm 740), olive grove (sqm 10,520), arable land (sqm 1,130), almond grove (sqm 3,725) and a dilapidated rural building (sqm 51). Features and amenities The lands are currently uncultivated and lack boundary indications. Within the olive grove, there is a rural building of approximately 70.00 sqm with an attached veranda of approximately 22.50 sqm. The veranda's roof is made of asbestos sheets.
