Real estate complex for auction in Lucca (LU) – Via Lodovica (ZIP 55100) The property for auction is a large industrial real estate complex, currently disused, located in the Municipality of Lucca, in the hamlet of Ponte a Moriano, at the corner of Via Lodovica and Via di Mastiano e Gugliano. It is an old construction complex, expanded over time, which previously housed a pasta factory. The external finishes are partly painted and plastered, and partly unplastered. The windows and doors are made of wood and single glass or iron and glass, partly damaged or missing. Context and Connections The property is located in the hamlet of Ponte a Moriano, in the Municipality of Lucca, in a peripheral but well-connected area. The area is subject to restrictions under the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape D.Lgs. 42/2004 and subsequent amendments, and falls within the buffer zone of the Rio Muterna.
