Features and Amenities The buildings were constructed with a traditional load-bearing tuff block masonry structure and a flat roof with concrete-block slabs for the office building, and with a reinforced concrete framed structure and barrel vault roof for the main warehouse. Internal and external finishes are of a civil type. The factory is equipped with a large entrance gate and the area is largely fenced. An energy performance certificate for the property does not exist, and it is currently not possible to prepare the Energy Performance Certificate due to the lack of conformity declarations for the installed technological systems.
